Finally, the part you’ve been waiting for in the renovation process: enjoying your newly renovated space! This is the final step of our proven process of design-build, but as President Steve Barkhouse explains in the latest of our video series, it doesn’t mean we’ve reached the end. Here’s why.
Your contract completion date is a time to celebrate. At this point, we hold our final meeting, where we guide you through the finished results, explaining what was done, how everything operates and if there is any required maintenance.
It’s a lot to take in at this meeting, which is why our industry-leading five-year warranty includes giving you 30 days to discover your new space. Then we’ll check in with you to see if there are any items that need our attention. We’ll check in again after the first year, and if there are any concerns after that, we encourage you to call us at any time.
While our warranty itself is five years, we consider all our homeowners to be clients for life. We have a dedicated service department just a phone call or email away so that any home improvement issue, whether it had to do with the renovation or not, can be addressed quickly.
That means you can be comfortable knowing all that’s left is to relax and enjoy your new space!
