The homeowners wanted to convert their under-utilized walkout basement to an entertainment space with stunning views and unrestricted exterior access
The Solution
For this renovation makeover, we transformed the home’s basement walkout into the ultimate entertainment and relaxation space. We reconfigured the original, undefined space into a media room, guest bedroom and home gym, as well as a kitchen, mudroom and sauna. Now the owners who are big movie lovers can watch their favourite films in the spacious media room. If they're in the mood to relax, they can wind down (and warm up) in the infrared sauna, which is conveniently located beside the new mudroom.
