We hired Amsted for a complete renovation of our home, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results! From start to finish, the team exceeded our expectations in every way. This was our third renovation with Amsted, and we have always been pleased with the end results. The design team is excellent, and makes all the decisions much easier, and the final product is of excellent quality! We are very happy with our newly renovated kitchen and main floor.

We built a custom home with Amsted, and were blown away by the care, dedication, and expertise of the whole team. We LOVED that [Amsted] was a one-stop shop for design and build. We made a great choice, and our house build was an incredible adventure we will never forget. We couldn’t be happier, and we couldn’t recommend Amsted more highly.

We selected the Amsted as we felt they understood best our vision and were extremely well prepared and engaged in the process from day 1. We were quite nervous with proceeding with the project as it was in 2021 in the midst of some major supply chain issues. To our pleasant surprise, the project started and ended on time and on budget with only minor changes (that were clearly articulated) along the way. The project management, proactive communication, solid craftsmanship, and overall customer service we experienced in working with Amsted is why we never hesitate recommending them to our friends.

When it came time to choose a contractor for the repairs, we didn’t hesitate to lobby for Amsted Design-Build. They had already proven themselves to be trustworthy, professional, and deeply committed to our well-being. We were thrilled when they agreed to take on the project, and they did an outstanding job on both the roof repairs and the interior reconstruction.

As beautiful and painless as a renovation project can be. Our entire first floor was completely modernized and on time and slightly under budget – what else can we say? The Amsted crew was very responsive to any issues during the project. The design team helped us create a plan which is both functional and beautiful to our tastes with the main focus being to improve the kitchen.

What stays with me most is that everyone at Amsted and all their trade partners really cared about the quality of work that was done and worked to ensure that I was entirely happy with the end result. All of the team members were quickly responsive to questions or suggestions. The completed project is beyond my expectations. Amsted made what could have been a very stressful undertaking a smooth, collaborative process and now I have the beautiful, functional home I dreamed I would have. 

Our new living room is wonderful. The whole family including the dog have spent more time enjoying the room than in the past. The fireplace and accent wall/shelves are fabulous. Exactly what I had envisioned for the space. We also had our main bathroom redone. It feels like a spa with all the new features.

To me, Amsted is all about engaging good people and following proven processes. The result is a beautiful kitchen renovation. When I recover,  I will be calling again on Amsted!

Amsted was by far the right choice.  Their communication, professionalism, and quality of work surpassed our expectations, and left us with a beautifully remodelled main floor, including kitchen, foyer, dining room and living room. While they are more expensive than other design-build firms, the fact that the whole experience was seamless made it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
